It's Monday! What are you reading? #43

It's Monday! What Are You Reading? is being hosted by Sheila at One Persons Journey through a World of Books.

This is a great weekly event where everyone can keep track of the books finished last week & the books planning to read this week!

I finished re-reading the Harry Potter series, which means last week I read Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows! I also read my first graphic novel  The Tragical Comedy or Comical Tragedy of Mr. Punch by Neil Gaiman & Dean McKean!

I decided to return to the four books I've already started, but put it aside for a while because I was re-reading the Harry Potter series, so I already continued reading Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman & I'll probably finish it first! The other 3 books are: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader by C. S. Lewis, Heart-Shaped Box by Joe Hill & Sans Famille by Hector Malot! I'll probably finish all of them and after that  I might take a little break from reading, so I'm not planning to read anything next, but in the end it all depends on my mood & free time...

So, what are you reading this week?

  1. Congrats on reading all the HP books. I really would like to revisit them myself. May in 2011. Have a great week.

  2. I loved Neverwhere - Neil is such a fantastic writer. Heart Shaped Box was interesting, but I didn't completely enjoy it . . . just felt like something was missing.

  3. A Harry Potter week would be wonderful! I bet they were awesome to read back to back... I don't think I have ever done that.

Your books this week look amazing too!

  4. I do plan to read (first time, not reread!) the Harry Potter granddaughter has offered to lend me hers. I recall that when she read them, she would carry them around everywhere, her nose in the books whenever possible.

    Here's my week:

  5. I still haven't read the Harry Potter series, although I do plan to start them really soon! Hope you enjoy your books this week :)

  6. When I went to see Deathly Hallows in the theater, they showed a trailer for Voyage of the Dawn Treader and it looks fantastic. I hope I'll be able to find a copy at the library to read before I see it.

I am currently listening to Prisoner of Azkaban on audio after finishing Half Blood Prince last week. Unfortunately I can't listen to them in order because a bunch of the audiobooks are checked out.

    Have a great week!

  7. The Heart Shaped Box has a really intriguing cover! I'll have to check up on it and see what I think. Hope you enjoy your current and up-coming reads!
