Ok, so today the Fairy Tale Read-a-Thon started, and my first read for it is Lauren Oliver's The Spindlers. I'm still at the beginning (I've read only 4 chapters so far), but it seems like a cute fantasy fairy-tale-like book, and I like it so far. Actually, I'm reading it online, it's available for free for a limited time, so if you'd like, you can check it out HERE. Also, I have to mention that I'm in love with the art of Iacopo Bruno - all of his illustrations & book covers I've seen & read so far are absolutely amazing, and most of all - perfect for the books they are for.

Ok, so I started this book on Friday for the Books, Brains 'n Blood Read-a-Thon, and even though I didn't get to read anything at all yesterday or this morning so far, I'm planning to continue reading it asap. I'm already halfway through with it, so it's a fun & fast read, also really funny, and I like Jody as a character & Tommy especially is a sweety, he's the one that makes me laugh the most :)

My pick this week is a book I just started and something I've been looking forward to reading for a long time now - The Gray Wolf Throne by Cinda Williams Chima - book 3 in the Seven Realms series.

 

The Seven Realms series is YA epic fantasy series, involving amazing main & secondary characters, intriguing & addictive story & an interesting world, and it's also from one of my fav fantasy authors - Cinda Williams Chima. And after the events in the previous book The Exiled Queen (that I finished re-reading yesterday), I'm ready to see what's next for Han & Raisa, as well as the Queendom of the Fells itself. I read only 2 chapters so far, and already something I was wondering was revealed, so it seems like another amazing sequel.

Foretold is the last book in The Demon Trappers series, and I've almost finished it.

The Demon King is a re-read for me, and the first book in the Seven Realms series, and once again I'm loving it.
