Daily thoughts: I finished Until We Touch, did one of the today's mini challenges & read 70 pages of More Than This, which I will definitely continue reading tomorrow. I know, once again I strayed from my planned reading list, but that's me. At least, this one is for review, too ;)

Wednesday:

Today I read: More Than This by Patrick Ness + Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman
Books started today: Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman
Books finished today: none
Mini challenges I've participated in today: none
Total number of mini challenges done: 2
Total number of books read: 2
Total number of Twitter Chats participated in:1
Daily thoughts: Ok, so today I read only around 70 pages of both More Than This & Neverwhere. Neverwhere is actually a reread for me, it was just a spur of the moment thing. I kinda started feeling that I need a reread, specifically Ready Player One or I Am the Messenger (I always reread these 2 every year) or a Neil Gaiman book. It's been over half a year since I've read something from him, and I always reread some of his books every year, so it was time, and I decided for Neverwhere. I only started it a while ago (I'm reading it at the moment), and of course I'm loving it :) I don't know if I'll make it to the 2nd twitter chat, for me technically it's on Thursday at 3 am, but if I'm still awake reading, I'll join.

Thursday:

Today I read: Neverwhere + More Than This
Books started today: none
Books finished today:  none
Mini challenges I've participated in today: Spell It Out Challenge
Total number of mini challenges done: 3
Total number of books read: 2
Total number of Twitter Chats participated in: 2
Daily thoughts: I participated in the 2nd Twitter chat, I also did Thursday's mini challenge, as for reading, I read some from both Neverwhere & More Than This, but not as much as I would've liked, so it was only an ok day.

Friday:

Today I read: More Than This
Books started today: none
Books finished today: none
Mini challenges I've participated in today: Cover Scavenger Hunt + Rainbow Book Challenge
Total number of mini challenges done: 5
Total number of books read: 2
Total number of Twitter Chats participated in: 2
Daily thoughts: Today I've read even less than yesterday, but at least I read some. I also did the 2 challenges today.

Saturday:

Today I read: More Than This + Neverwhere
Books started today: none
Books finished today: none
Mini challenges I've participated in today: none
Total number of mini challenges done: 5
Total number of books read: 2
Total number of Twitter Chats participated in: 3
Daily thoughts: Once again I read only a little from both More Than This & Neverwhere. Also, I joined today's Twitter Chat as well, so I participated in all of them, this might be a first ;)

Sunday:

Today I read: Neverwhere + Open Road Summer
Books started today: Open Road Summer by Emery Lord
Books finished today: Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman
Mini challenges I've participated in today: none
Total number of mini challenges done: 5
Total number of books read: 3
Total number of Twitter Chats participated in: 3
Daily thoughts: This last day I finally got to read a lot. I started Open Road Summer, I read 206 p, which makes it about 60% of the book before Sunday was over. I also finished rereading Neverwhere earlier today, so I completed my goals.

Wrap Up:

I had lots of fun with this read-a-thon. I completed my goals, joined the 3 Twitter Chats, participated in 5 of the mini challenges, read every day for at least one hour, started 5 books & finished 3 of them (Before We Kiss, Until We Touch & Neverwhere), read half of More Than This & over half of Open Road Summer, and even though I didn't count them, I probably read around 1500 pages this week, so it was a success overall. And of course I strayed from my planned reading list, I always do, I'm such a moody reader, but at least I made a dent in my review pile, since 4 of the 5 books were for review, so I'm happy.

  6. I can see you are a Gaiman fan. I absolutely adore Neverwhere. It's probably one of my favorite books even though it's a fairly recent find for me. Stardust is great fun, too.
