Top Ten Tuesday: Top Ten Books I'd Want On A Deserted Island!

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish. This feature was created because we are particularly fond of lists here at The Broke and the Bookish. We'd love to share our lists with oth!er bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists.
Each week we will post a new Top Ten list that one of our bloggers here at The Broke and the Bookish will answer. Everyone is welcome to join. All we ask is that you link back to The Broke and the Bookish on your own Top Ten Tuesday post AND add your name to the Linky widget so that everyone can check out other bloggers lists! If you don't have a blog, just post your answers as a comment. Have fun with it! It's a fun way to get to know your fellow bloggers.

This was probably one of the toughest lists I've ever done, just so many other books I'd love to have with me, as well as whole series, but I managed to barely contain myself to ten, and only individual books, not whole series!

So, My Top Ten Books I'd Want On A Deserted Island (in no particular order) are:

 1. Ready Player One by Ernest Cline

If you still haven't read this one, what are you waiting for? I actually re-read it a few months ago, and I'm already eager about reading it again, so Ready Player One is a must-have on a desert island!

2. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by J. K. Rowling

I'd actually love to have the whole series, but even only this one would do :)

3. Howl's Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones

Another must-have on a desert island! I love this book a lot, and one more I won't be bored with, so I can read it again & again on a desert island!

4. The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern

This is probably one of the most magical books I've read, with one of the most magical places in fiction, that's why!

5. Seven Days for an Eternity by Marc Levy

This one is one of my top favs for years now! I have no idea how many times I've read it, but I fall in love with it every time over & over again.

6. North & South by Elizabeth Gaskell

From the classics I'd love to have one of my favs North & South (although Pride & Prejudice is the second on my list). I just love this book so much, and both Mr.Thornton & Margaret Hale, so another must-have (wow it's been so long since I've read the book & watched the mini series, I think it's time for another N&S marathon).

7. Stardust by Neil Gaiman

I'd actually want to bring almost all Neil Gaiman's works, but since I can't, then his first book I've ever read (and I have no idea how many times I've re-read it since then) - Stardust!

8. Excavation by James Rollins

And of course something for my adventure cravings, one of my top fav books from one of my fav authors - Excavation by James Rollins. Another book I have no idea how many times I've read it, and I love it every time, so another must-have for me.

9. When Beauty Tamed the Beast by Eloisa James

And of course a little something for my historical romance cravings ;) This one is one of my most fav historicals, it makes me laugh out loud, swoon & cry every time, that's why...

10. Something About You by Julie James

And one of my top favorite contemporary romances - Something About You from one of my fav authors Julie James. I'd never get enough from Jack Pallas's glowering lol
