I came across #BookBlogWalkers in June, so I decided to join this month. I really need to move more (and lose some weight), and exercising & walking while participating in this challenge should be the perfect way. Usually, I procrastinate, I'll work-out a few days, and then stop, but this just might be what will keep me going (unless I get lazy).
Anyway, I will do some exercises, and I'm planning to do lots of walking (I'm hoping for 5 days a week), though I haven't decided if I'll count the time, the steps or only the miles, I'll decide later (I need to see how long exactly the closest walking trek is), and update this post with my progress. I'm also planning to workout on my elliptical (my goal is 5 km a day, which is about 15 min a day), and I'm hoping to squeeze in some zumba (I'm hoping for at least 5 times this month).
So, I'm definitely commited, I didn't manage to walk today, but I did some exercises & the 5 km on Orbitrek, so I'm on track.
Wish me luck!

So far, I managed to get active every day, even though I was walking only one day, but I've been exercising daily:
- walking: 4 km
- exercises: 1 h 30 min
- elliptical trainer: 20 km (1 h)
So, of course, after 5 days, I started to procrastinate (as always), but I'm hoping to change that for the last 3rd of July.
- walking: 21 km
- exercises: 1 h 4 min
- elliptical trainer: 25 km
I didn't do as good as I hoped/planned to, but it was ok, despite the fact that as always, I procrastinated ;)
- walking: 31.5 km
- exercises: 3 h 20 min
- elliptical trainer: 45 km
