ABC Challenge 2012!

Here are the rules:

• Runs from Jan­u­ary 1^st-December 31^st, you can enter when­ever you feel like it.
• Goal is to read at least 13 books that fall into ONE of the fol­low­ing categories*:
• a. The titles of the books start with dif­fer­ent letters
• b. The authors’ fam­ily names start with dif­fer­ent letters
• For the first 13 books you’ll get 1 point, for every extra book you’ll get another (1) point!
• Ebooks, Audio­books, Paper­backs – Every­thing counts.. Well, except fan­fic­tion. Novel­las count, too, if they’re longer than 40 pages!
• Crossovers are per­fectly fine!
• You need to at least write a few sen­tences about the book on Goodreads or your blog! (in ANY lan­guage, Ger­man, Tieng Viet, Eng­lish, Russ­ian, idgaf!)

Ok, last year I participated in 3 similar challenges (one was with the characters names, one with the authors' names & one with the book titles) & although my goal was to read a book for each letter, I only managed to read around 20 books for each challenge. This year I thought to skip this type of challenge(s) (I was trying not to sign up for too many challenges) but I decided to join & try to read a book for almost every letter in both categories. So, wish me luck ;)
