My Movie Wish:
The Painted Man (a.k.a. The Warded Man) by Peter V. Brett
I love this book! It has action & fantasy & I think it can be one fantastic movie. The rights about making movie based on this book are already bought, so with some luck, there'll be a movie in 2-3 years!
I don't know about the main characters, but for the role of Jardir, Oded Fehr will be perfect!
